It is incredible how many different varieties of wildlife you can encounter in a days fishing. I have talked to people who have spent money on wildlife tours and been disappointed time after time. When you fish on the Orca Mist we will visit some of the remotest places on the west coast. There you can see whales, sea lions, porpoise, and eagles on a single trip.
Between the months of May to October mammals of all sorts frequent the waters around Prince Rupert. Sightings of feeding Humpback whales are very common as well as large pods of Killer whales.
It's astonishing to be fishing right along side these huge guys. Of course we will have to stop and take pictures for the people back home. I swear it is just like a wildlife magazine some days.
